Yes. The average performance e-bike with comparable range weighs 55 to 75 lbs. At 33 lbs, the 33C3 is lighter than most traditional road bikes, without sacrificing motor power or battery capacity.
Is the 100-mile range realistic?
It's our tested range at 20 mph cruising speed in Southern California conditions. At higher speeds or hillier terrain, expect 60 to 80 miles. At lower speeds or flatter terrain, you may exceed 100. We don't inflate it.
Can I ride this on bike lanes in California?
Yes. The 33C3 operates as a Class 3 e-bike (28 mph, pedal-assist) under US federal specification. It's legal on bike lanes, multi-use paths, and roads in all 50 states where Class 3 e-bikes are permitted. Check your local regulations for specific path access.
How does it charge?
Standard 120V US outlet, same plug as your phone charger. 4 to 5 hours to full charge. No special installation, no dedicated outlet, no electrician required.
What's the Founders Edition?
The first 25 units available at $2,499, which is $300 off the launch price. Each Founders unit ships with a serial-numbered plate and a personal video email from the engineer. Once 25 units are sold, the price moves to $2,799.
Do I have to assemble it?
Minimal assembly. The bike arrives 95% assembled. You'll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, and seat, which takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes with the included tool kit. A setup video is included with every order.

What is the return policy?
30-day ride-or-return. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll arrange a return, free of charge, with no restocking fee.
What does the warranty cover?
A 2-year frame warranty covering materials and workmanship, and a 1-year electronics warranty covering the motor, battery, display, controller, and charger. Both are included with no registration required and no additional fee.
