Frequently Asked Questions
Does the trial period start when I order, or when the bike arrives?
Your 14 days start on the day your 33C3 is delivered, not the day you order. You get the full trial window to actually ride it.
What if I go over 20 miles and decide to return it?
You can still return it. Units with more than 20 miles on the odometer will be assessed a usage fee, deducted from your refund. Under 20 miles, there's no fee at all.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but we'll provide a discounted shipping label on request. The label cost is deducted from your refund rather than charged upfront.
Can I still use financing during the trial period?
Yes. If you financed your 33C3 through Affirm, your payment plan continues as normal during the trial. If you return the bike within the window, your financing is cancelled and any payments made are refunded.
