Calibike EV Bike Refund and Returns Policy

At Calibike, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returnable Products

  • EV Bikes: Must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Spare Parts: Must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of any installation marks or damage.

  • Used or Assembled Products: Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-configured or personalized products.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

3. Refunds
